R.E.V. PROGRAM IS KEY TO MOBILIZING CHRISTIANS!

What is the R.E.V. Program?

The R stands for register to vote.

The E stands for educate yourself on the candidates who are running for office.

The V stands for get out and vote.

In 1990 we recognized that there was a real need to mobilize Christians to become more involved in the political process in order to get more godly men & women into public office.

Statistics show that nation wide only fifty percent of born-again Christians register to vote. Out of that number only about fifty percent actually vote. That means that only twenty five percent of the Christian community nation wide actually vote. That means that seventy five percent of the people who vote in a national election do not care about a candidate's godly character.

It becomes very obvious that it's utterly impossible to maintain Christian values in the political arena with those figures.

No wonder there are so many laws being passed promoting homosexuality, gambling, abortion, pornography, etc.

Well, CCC is doing something about that, and our R.E.V. Program is making a major difference in San Joaquin County.

For the general election coming up in November, we will be distributing 30,000 voter guides throughout churches county wide.

We will be tracking 120 races from the Congressional office to the State Assembly & Senate, to the local city council & school board races.

Needless to say, this is a major undertaking, and we could use your help. We need volunteers to distribute the voter guides in Woodbridge, Lockeford, Lodi, Stockton, Manteca, Ripon, Tracy, Linden, Escalon, & Lathrop.

We also need financial help in printing costs. It will cost about $3,000 dollars to do all the printing. If you could help with that it would be greatly appreciated.
